More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack
This set of four tiny 2.5-inch Micromallows captures holiday spirit in miniature form, making it ideal for decorating or gifting. Compared with the larger 8-inch options like the Fleur The Yule Log Plush, these Micromallows are less suited for cuddling but excel at festive displays. Their small size and limited character variety mean they’re not ideal for active play. The inclusion of popular holiday characters like Gina the Gingerbread boosts their appeal for collectors who want seasonal items. However, their tiny size might be a drawback for children who prefer plushies they can hug or snuggle. Overall, this set is perfect for those wanting compact holiday accents or collectible stocking stuffers, but not for kids seeking plush toys for big hugs or play.
Pros:- Cute and collectible miniature plush toys
- Perfect for holiday decorations and gifts
- Includes popular holiday characters
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to all children
- Limited to holiday-themed characters
Best for: Holiday decorating aficionados and collectors seeking festive miniatures
Not ideal for: Parents looking for plush toys suitable for active play or cuddling
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Sub Brand:Micromallows
- Model Name:Style Number – SQMM0265
- Unit Count:4
- Age Range:3 years and up
- Included Components:4 Micromallows plush toys, each 2.5 inches
Our verdict“This set suits collectors and decorators but isn’t ideal for children wanting larger, cuddly plushies.”
Squishmallows Original 2024 Christmas 4-Inch Holiday Mystery Capsules
This 4-inch mystery capsule offers a festive surprise, with a randomly chosen Squishmallow in holiday-themed colors. Unlike the Holiday Wreath set, which is more about holiday decor, this capsule appeals directly to collectors who enjoy unboxing and trading. Its small size and random nature mean it’s less suitable for children seeking a specific character or size, and the surprise element can be a disappointment if the preferred character isn’t included. The capsule’s festive design makes it a fun gift for fans, but the unpredictability limits its appeal for those wanting a particular plush. Compared with the Advent Calendar, this capsule is more about surprise than collection consistency. It’s best for collectors or gift-givers who enjoy unboxing and holiday cheer, but not for kids wanting specific characters or larger plushies.
Pros:- Soft and squishy plush toy
- Festive holiday design
- Great for collectors and fans
Cons:- Random color may not be preferred
- Limited to one plush per capsule
Best for: Collecting enthusiasts and fans who enjoy surprise plushies during the holidays
Not ideal for: Those seeking specific characters or larger plush toys for hugging
- Size:4 inches
- Theme:Christmas 2024
- Includes:One mystery plush capsule
Our verdict“Ideal for collectors who love surprises, but less suitable for those wanting specific or larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows 5in Zumir the Green Moose Plush
Zumir the Green Moose offers a high-quality, ultrasoft 5-inch plush perfect for cuddling or collecting. Compared with the holiday-specific Micromallows, Zumir is more suited for year-round snuggling and display, especially for fans of unique characters. Its size makes it a versatile gift, but it’s limited to a single character, so collectors seeking variety might prefer multi-character sets. The plush’s high-quality fabric enhances cuddling comfort, yet its small size might not satisfy plush lovers who prefer larger, more huggable figures. Without additional features like sounds, Zumir is straightforward but endearing. This plush makes the most sense for those wanting a soft, collectible character that can be carried around, but it’s less fitting for kids wanting larger plush toys for play.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality fabric for cuddling
- Official licensed product with character bio
- Compact size ideal for collectibles or on-the-go
Cons:- Limited size may not satisfy plush fans seeking larger toys
- Only available in one character and size
- No additional features like sounds or movement
Best for: Fans of individual character collectibles or those seeking portable plush companions
Not ideal for: Larger plush lovers or children wanting plush toys for active play
- Size:5 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality fabric
- Brand:Jazwares
- Character:Zumir the Green Moose
Our verdict“Best for collectors or kids wanting a soft, portable plush with character personality, but not for those seeking larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar offers a fun countdown to Christmas with 24 miniature 2.5-inch Micromallows, including characters like Brooke the Polar Bear and Manny the Snowman. Unlike the holiday wreath or mystery capsules, this calendar provides a daily unboxing experience, making it ideal for fans who enjoy building a holiday collection over time. Its small size suits display or gifting, but it’s limited to tiny plush toys that may not satisfy those seeking larger plush for cuddling or active play. The seasonal theme makes it a perfect holiday tradition, yet its focus on collectibles over larger plush limits its use beyond the season. Compared to the bouquet, which features a few characters, this calendar offers a broader variety for dedicated collectors or holiday enthusiasts.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed plush characters
- Compact size makes display or gift-giving easy
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited to small plush toys, not suitable for all ages
- Only for holiday season use
- Collectible value depends on individual interest
Best for: Holiday fans and advent calendar collectors wanting a daily plush surprise
Not ideal for: Children who prefer larger plush toys for active play or hugging
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“A charming holiday tradition for collectors and seasonal decorators, less suited for children needing larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday Micromallows Plush Bouquet
This holiday bouquet features three 2.5-inch Micromallows: Laurel the Christmas Tree, Zumir the Peppermint Moose, and Brooke the Polar Bear. Compared with the Advent Calendar, this bouquet offers a smaller set of characters, making it less about a daily countdown but more about display versatility. Its festive characters are perfect for decorating or gifting, and the detachable plushies add a layer of play or display options. However, the small size means it’s not suitable for children seeking plush toys to hug or play with extensively. The limited number of characters may also limit appeal for those wanting a broader collection. Overall, this plush bouquet provides a charming, festive display piece for fans who prefer a few holiday characters in a compact form, but it’s not ideal for larger plush enthusiasts or those wanting a full set of characters.
Pros:- Cute holiday-themed characters
- Detachable Micromallows for display or play
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited to small size, less suitable for cuddling
- Collectible aspect may require additional purchases
- Price may not be as attractive without specifics
Best for: Holiday decorators and fans seeking a small, festive plush display
Not ideal for: Children seeking larger plush toys for active play or cuddles
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:3 Micromallows
- Characters:Laurel, Zumir, Brooke
- Material:Plush
Our verdict“Great for festive decor or small gift sets, but less fitting for plush lovers seeking larger, cuddly toys.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur The Yule Log Plush
This 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log plush stands out for its ultrasoft fabric and charming character design, making it a delightful collectible for dedicated fans. Compared to larger plush options like the 12-inch Joyce the Eggnog, Fleur offers a more manageable size for display and cuddling. However, its limited size may disappoint those seeking a more substantial plush or a more prominent holiday display piece. With a unique bio and official certification, it appeals to collectors who value authenticity and character depth. Still, those unfamiliar with Squishmallows might find Fleur less engaging. This pick is ideal for collectors or fans who want a cute, high-quality holiday plush.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft, high-quality fabric for maximum cuddling comfort
- Unique character with a charming bio enhances collectibility
- Official Squishmallows product with certification guarantees authenticity
Cons:- Limited to 8-inch size, which may feel too small for some
- Less impact as a holiday display compared to larger plushes like the 12-inch Joyce
Best for: Dedicated Squishmallows collectors or fans of unique holiday characters
Not ideal for: Casual buyers or children seeking larger, more huggable plush toys
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality fabric
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Character:Fleur the Yule Log
Our verdict“This plush makes the most sense for dedicated collectors or fans wanting a charming, high-quality holiday character.”
Squishmallows Christmas Holiday Winter 8″ Cam Plush with Blue Scarf and Hat
This festive 8-inch Cam plush features a soft, cuddly design dressed in a cheerful blue scarf and hat, perfect for holiday gifting. Compared with the 4-pack of mini Squishmallows, Cam offers a more substantial single gift that can be easily integrated into holiday decor or cuddles. Its holiday attire makes it especially appealing during the festive season, but the limited size might not satisfy those seeking larger, more prominent plush for display. Its soft plush fabric ensures comfort, while the holiday theme adds seasonal charm. However, its small size limits appeal for everyday play or display outside of the season. This plush is best suited for holiday gift-giving or as a seasonal collectible.
Pros:- Festive holiday design with cheerful blue scarf and hat
- Soft, plush texture ideal for cuddling
- Perfect size for holiday gifting or seasonal decorations
Cons:- Limited to the holiday season, reducing year-round relevance
- Small size may not appeal to those preferring larger plush toys
Best for: Parents or gift-givers seeking a festive, cuddly plush for children or holiday decor
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting a plush for year-round display or larger plush collectors
- Size:8 inches
- Character:Cam
- Theme:Christmas/Holiday
- Material:Super-soft plush
Our verdict“This plush makes a charming holiday gift or decoration for seasonal fans of Squishmallows.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This 4-pack introduces four festive characters—Ingred the Purple Cow, Omar the Bear, Marilyn the Green Pickle Ornament, and Luna the Penguin—making it an excellent choice for those seeking variety. Compared to buying individual plushes like Fleur or Cam, this set offers a broader holiday-themed collection at a better value. Its small size makes it perfect for gifting, stocking stuffers, or building a holiday display, but it might fall short for those wanting larger plushes to serve as main decorative pieces. Each character features a bio, increasing collectibility, but the uniform small size limits display impact for some buyers. This set is ideal for holiday gift-giving or creating a mini plush village.
Pros:- Includes four different festive characters for variety
- Soft plush material for comfort and cuddles
- Great value compared to individual plush purchases
Cons:- Limited size, which may not satisfy those wanting larger plushes
- Holiday-themed characters only, reducing versatility outside the season
Best for: Families or collectors wanting a variety of holiday plush characters at a good price
Not ideal for: Buyers looking for large, statement plush for display or cuddling
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This set offers great value and variety for holiday gifting and collection, especially for those on a budget.”
Squishmallows Original 12-Inch Joyce the Eggnog Fuzz-A-Mallows Plush Toy
Compared to smaller holiday plushes like Cam or Fleur, Joyce the Eggnog stands out for its 12-inch size, providing a more substantial presence for cuddling and holiday displays. Its fuzzy texture adds a cozy touch, making it ideal for fans who want a plush that doubles as a seasonal decor piece. However, its limited availability due to being a holiday edition might make it harder to find, and the size could be too large for limited shelf space or small hands. This plush is particularly suited for those who want a prominent holiday centerpiece or a plush with a more substantial feel. It’s best for collectors or families wanting a larger, festive plush.
Pros:- Generous 12-inch size perfect for cuddling or display
- Fuzzy texture enhances cozy, festive appeal
- Limited holiday edition makes it a collectible
Cons:- Limited availability due to holiday exclusive status
- Size may be too large for small spaces or travel use
Best for: Holiday enthusiasts or collectors seeking a larger, display-worthy plush
Not ideal for: Those needing a smaller, portable plush for travel or frequent cuddles
- Size:12 inches
- Material:Fuzz-A-Mallows plush
- Character:Joyce the Eggnog
- Edition:Holiday limited
Our verdict“This plush suits those wanting a sizeable, festive centerpiece or collectible for the holidays.”
Squishmallows 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar offers a fun, interactive way to enjoy the holiday season with 24 miniature Squishmallows, including characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat. Compared to larger plushes like Joyce or Fleur, the 2.5-inch Micromallows provide a collectible experience that emphasizes daily surprises and seasonal collecting. Its compact size makes it perfect for display, travel, or small hands, but it may not satisfy those looking for larger plush for cuddling or holiday decoration. The inclusion of 24 different figures makes it a versatile gift for fans who enjoy building their collection gradually. However, the small size might be a drawback for those wanting plushes to serve as main holiday decor. This calendar is ideal for collectors or families seeking an engaging holiday activity.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed miniature Squishmallows
- Compact 2.5-inch size ideal for display and travel
- Official Squishmallows product with collectible appeal
Cons:- Limited to small plush figures, less for cuddling
- Not suitable for very young children prone to chewing small parts
Best for: Families or collectors looking for a daily holiday surprise and display piece
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plushes for cuddling or main holiday decorations
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Sub Brand:Micromallows
- Number of Packs:1
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“This advent calendar offers a delightful, collectible countdown experience for fans and families during the holiday season.”
Squishmallows Holiday Fox 14” Plush
This Holiday Fox plush stands out for its ultra-soft, high-quality material and official status, making it a prime choice for serious collectors who want a unique piece. Compared with the 12-inch Galci raccoon, this plush offers a more substantial size, but the limited information on its features and the absence of a specific character bio mean it’s more about display than interactive play. Its craftsmanship and official branding give it added collectible appeal, yet this also means it’s less suited for rough handling by kids. This plush makes the most sense for dedicated Squishmallows fans and collectors seeking a holiday-themed centerpiece.
Pros:- Ultra-soft, plush material enhances cuddling experience
- Official Squishmallows product guarantees authenticity
- Unique character with dedicated name and bio adds collectible value
Cons:- Limited details on size and specific features may reduce appeal for casual buyers
- No price or rating info makes it harder to evaluate value
Best for: Serious collectors and fans who value official, high-quality holiday plush and enjoy showcasing their collections
Not ideal for: Parents seeking durable, kid-proof plush for everyday play, due to its limited durability info
- Material:High-quality plush
- Size:14 inches (estimated)
- Official Product:Yes
- Character Bio:Yes
- Limited Edition:Yes
- Brand:Squishmallows
Our verdict“This plush is best suited for hardcore Squishmallows enthusiasts wanting a distinctive holiday piece.”
Squishmallows 12-Inch Christmas Holiday Special Edition Plush – Galci the Raccoon
This 12-inch Galci raccoon plush makes an excellent holiday gift, especially for those who enjoy seasonal decor and cuddly companions. Its festive puffer jacket and soft, high-quality craftsmanship make it particularly appealing during the holidays, standing out against regular plushes like the 4-inch Clips set. However, its limited availability due to seasonal release and the single character option restrict variety, and the holiday edition pricing might be higher. It’s best for kids and collectors looking to add a seasonal touch to their Squishmallows collection, but less ideal for those seeking year-round decor or multiple characters.
Pros:- Adorable festive design perfect for holiday gifting
- Ideal size for cuddling, collection, and display
- Limited edition boosts collectible appeal
- Soft, high-quality craftsmanship enhances tactile experience
Cons:- Limited availability restricts purchase window

- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Type:Stuffed Toy

This set of six 3.5-inch Christmas-themed clips offers a compact, portable way to incorporate Squishmallows into holiday decor or gifts. Unlike the larger 12-inch Galci or the plush Fox, these clips are designed for attaching to backpacks, stockings, or ornaments, making them versatile for holiday gifting and decorating. Their small size limits use for cuddling or display, and they might not appeal to those seeking larger plush for play or collection. However, their ultra-soft plush and adorable characters make them a charming choice for children and teens who want to add holiday cheer to everyday accessories.

- Small size may not satisfy collectors seeking larger plush

Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This exclusive 4-pack offers a variety of holiday-themed Squishmallows, including Maritza the Cactus and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte. Compared to individual plush like the Fox or Galci, this set provides four characters at a accessible price point, making it a practical choice for gift-givers or families seeking multiple plush for different recipients. While these plush are smaller and may seem less substantial than larger versions, their ultrasoft material and detailed bios make each one a charming addition. The main tradeoff is that the set is limited to Amazon exclusivity, and some buyers might find the size too small for display or extensive cuddling.
Pros:- Soft, cuddly plush with high-quality fabric
- Includes four distinct characters with individual bios
- Great for holiday gifting, collections, or stocking stuffers
Cons:- Limited to Amazon exclusive availability
- Small size may not satisfy those wanting larger plush for display
- Might be too compact for some collectors looking for more substantial toys

- Size:Little (4 inches approx.)
Our verdict“This four-pack provides an affordable way to introduce multiple festive plush into any collection or gift set.”
How We Picked
I evaluated each squishmallow based on several criteria: overall build quality, seasonal relevance, uniqueness, price point, and versatility. I prioritized plushes that offer a balance of cuteness and durability, ensuring they appeal to both collectors and gift-givers. Special edition and exclusive sets were considered for their added holiday charm, while value packs were assessed for affordability. The ranking reflects a mix of these factors, aiming to guide buyers toward options that excel in quality, holiday spirit, and value for different needs.Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallow for the holidays involves more than just picking a cute plush. Consider size, as smaller plushes are easier to gift or display, whereas larger ones often serve as holiday decor or cuddly companions. Price range is important—premium limited editions deliver seasonal flair but come at a higher cost, while multi-packs provide budget-friendly options. Durability and fabric quality matter if the plush is intended for active play or frequent handling. Lastly, think about the theme—some plushes emphasize festive details, while others focus on character design, so align your choice with your holiday vibe.Size and Display
Size significantly impacts how a squishmallow fits into your holiday plans. Smaller plushes, around 4 to 8 inches, are ideal for gifting, stocking stuffers, or decorating small spaces. Larger options, like 12 or 14 inches, serve as statement pieces or plush companions for children. Think about where you’ll display or gift the plush—if space is limited, smaller sizes make more sense, but for a cozy holiday vibe, bigger plushes can be more striking. Balancing size with your intended use ensures you select a squishmallow that enhances your holiday experience without cluttering your space.
Price and Value
Holiday squishmallows span a wide price range, from budget-friendly packs to premium limited editions. Multi-packs or sets generally offer better per-unit value, making them perfect for gifting multiple people or creating a holiday display. On the other hand, exclusive or character-specific plushes tend to cost more but provide unique appeal that collectors or enthusiasts may prefer. It’s important to consider whether the price aligns with the plush’s quality, size, and holiday significance. Sometimes spending a little more on a special edition can elevate your holiday decor or gift game.
Design and Thematic Appeal
Themes vary from classic Christmas characters like reindeer and Santa to more general winter motifs like snowflakes or log cabins. Decide whether you want a plush that emphasizes traditional holiday symbols or a character that fits into a broader collection. Plushes with detailed accessories, like scarves, hats, or wreaths, add festive charm but may also be more delicate. Consider your recipient’s preferences—kids may love character-based plushes, while adults might appreciate more refined or limited-edition designs. The right thematic fit helps the plush feel more personal and holiday-appropriate.
Durability and Material Quality
Holiday plushes are often displayed or handled frequently, so durability matters. Look for high-quality fabrics that resist pilling and maintain shape over time. Plushes with reinforced stitching and secure accessories tend to last longer, especially if gifted to children. Conversely, some limited-edition plushes may prioritize appearance over durability, making them better suited as display pieces rather than everyday toys. Balancing aesthetic appeal with build quality ensures your holiday squishmallow remains festive and intact through the season and beyond.
Collectibility and Exclusivity
Limited-edition holiday squishmallows or exclusive sets can become collector’s items, adding value beyond their immediate gift or decor use. These plushes often feature special packaging, unique designs, or seasonal branding. However, their exclusivity usually comes with a higher price tag and limited availability, which could be frustrating if you miss out. If you’re a collector or want something truly special, prioritize these options, but if you prefer practical or versatile plushes, standard releases may be better suited to your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows suitable for young children during the holidays?
Yes, squishmallows are generally soft, plush, and safe for young children, making them suitable holiday gifts or decorations. However, always check the age recommendations and avoid plushes with small parts or accessories that could be a choking hazard. For active children, opt for plushes with reinforced stitching and durable fabrics. These plushes can serve as comforting companions or festive decor, adding a cozy touch to holiday celebrations.
Should I choose a themed holiday squishmallow or a more general winter design?
Deciding between a themed holiday squishmallow or a general winter design depends on your preferences and intended use. Themed plushes, like Santa or reindeer characters, bring instant holiday spirit and are great for gifting or decorating specific spaces. General winter designs, such as snowflakes or log cabins, offer more versatility, allowing you to enjoy them beyond the holiday season. Consider whether you want a plush that captures the holiday moment or one that can be part of your winter decor year-round.
Are limited-edition squishmallows worth the higher price tag?
Limited-edition squishmallows often feature unique designs, special packaging, and seasonal branding, making them attractive to collectors and enthusiasts. Their exclusivity can add a sense of specialness to your holiday decor or gift. However, they tend to be more expensive and sometimes harder to find. If you or the recipient value rarity and unique design, investing in a limited-edition plush can be worthwhile. Otherwise, more accessible regular releases often provide excellent value for holiday cheer.
What size squishmallow is best for holiday gifting?
The ideal size depends on your gifting goals. Smaller squishmallows, around 4 to 8 inches, are perfect for stocking stuffers or small gifts, fitting easily into holiday stockings. Medium sizes, like 10 inches, offer a good balance of cuteness and practicality for gift exchanges. Larger plushes, 12 inches or more, serve as eye-catching holiday decor or cuddly companions. Consider the recipient’s age, space, and how the plush will be used when choosing the size.
Are there any care instructions for holiday squishmallows?
To keep your holiday squishmallows looking their best, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is usually sufficient for surface dirt. Many plushes are machine washable, but always check the care label first—gentle cycles with cold water are safest. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach, which can damage the fabric and colors. Proper storage after the holidays, in a dry, dust-free place, helps maintain their softness and shape for future seasons. Following these tips ensures your plush remains festive and inviting year after year.
Conclusion
For the ultimate holiday display or gift, the Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack offers versatile, festive charm at a reasonable price, making it ideal for general gift-giving and decor. If you’re seeking a unique collectible or a fun countdown experience, the 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar stands out as a memorable choice. Budget-conscious buyers should consider multi-pack sets for value, while collectors or enthusiasts may prefer limited-edition, exclusive plushes. Beginners or casual shoppers will find standard-sized plushes easy to incorporate, but serious collectors might prioritize rarity. Ultimately, your choice should reflect your holiday spirit, budget, and how you plan to use the plushes—whether for gifting, decorating, or collecting.
